Individuals: Property Owners and Mortgage Holders
Use: Information is used to calculate, generate and distribute Tax and Assessment Notices.

Individuals: Property Owners and Tenants
Use: Information is used to calculate, generate and distribute monthly Utility bills.

Accounts Receivable Customer Master List

Information Maintained: Contact Name, Business Name, Mailing Address, Phone Number, Account History
Individuals: Accounts Receivable Customers (ie. Facility User Fees, Facility Rentals, Lawyers, etc.)
Use: Information is used to calculate, generate and distribute Accounts Receivable Invoices and Statements.

Accounts Payable Customer Master List

Individuals: Persons or businesses from whom the Village has purchased materials, supplies or services

Payroll Master List

Information Maintained: Employee Name, Address, Phone Number, Date of Birth, Social Insurance Number, Rate of Pay
Individuals: Employees of the Village of Consort
Use: Information is used to calculate, generate and distribute semi-monthly payroll cheques and annual T-4’s. Information is also used for enrolling employees in Local Authorities Pension Plan and AMEBS Benefit Plan.
